Paul was up to date with what was happening in Maylands and we were very happy with the service from Paul and Acton Mt Lawley

Paul guided us through the purchasing process from start to finish in a professional and streamlined manner. He was always available to answer questions and queries, and along with his personal assistant, provided us with an impeccable standard of service. Paul went out of his way to ensure that we were able to settle by our aimed settlement date and went above and beyond what his duty was. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul as a real estate agent and will be surely working with him for future property deals. If you want a real estate agent who is honest and trustworthy, look no further than Paul!

Thanks to Owen and his entire team for the quick sale of our property in Maylands. It only went on the market for less than 3 weeks and when the potential buyer offered less than our target, Paul magically somehow managed to convinced them otherwise. Well done, mate.

Reliable, helpful and honest agent . Gave constructive suggestions and advise before sale, during sale process and after sale. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team - high standard service

Paul Owen has given us an honest and professional advice on the property he recently sold for us in Maylands. Throughout the process,Paul ans his Team have kept us up to date with the sale of my property. We are extremely happy with their customer service and would recommend Paul without hesitation.

Paul is a very professional, personable and trustworthy person. He gave excellent advice on preparing the house for the market and was very positive throughout. I received a great price even though the market was down at the time. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, confident and has great communication skills. I would highly recommend Paul to anybody buying or selling property.

I recently purchased my first home from Paul Owen, very disappointed with the final outcome. The property was tenanted 6 weeks prior to my moving in, I doubt a final inspection was made, the carpets were filthy, many other faults were discovered. A complaint was put to the Real Estate, however this was not followed up.

It is a pleasure to write review for Paul Owen and Brittany regarding our property transaction. If you are a buyer what you need from a real estate agent? -- Respect to you? Passion? Hassle free? We take this moment to Thank God, our provider for giving us a home in this wonderful suburb. We once again thank Paul, Brittany and other staff for your support for this smooth transaction.
