We love Mandurah but our circumstances dictated that we had to downsize and move closer to Perth . I was a rather nervous first home buyer, but this was quickly rectified after speaking with Paul. I had originally contacted Paul in regards to another house in the suburb I was interested in buying in - it had unfortunately already had an offer accepted on it however over the next few weeks I received emails from Paul advertising similar properties - which is where I was able to find and buy my new villa.
