Paul was exceptional to deal with. From the first phone call he was obliging and accomodating to meet our needs. Throughout the sale process he kept us informed and updated and we were very comfortable to discuss any of our concerns with him at ease. In a very volitile changing market at the time of our sale it was reassuring to have Paul stay focused and keep momentum to the lead up to the sale. Paul is very personable, very professional and respectful to sensitive situations and we were grateful for his sense of humour and kindness throughout our dealings with him. Paul was fantastic at his job, and from our first phone call he was engaging, professional andwe knew he would deliver on what he promised, which he did. He kept us up to date at all times and we left the hard negotiating to him. Not a pushy salesman in any way, and was so happy to have had him sell our unit. Nothing was too much trouble including getting repairs and getting the unit ready for selling. We lived in Melbourne and our unit is in Queensland so we really appreciated him doing the leg work we would normally have had to do ourselves.
