100 real estate agents in Slacks Creek, QLD, 4127

I brought my first house through Jake and I even got to sell it seven years later through him too, as it was time for my partner and I to upsize to our next house (also brought through Jake). Soafter going through this journey three times through Jake, we really cant rate him high enough.

Jake was my sales agent for the sale of my property, and from the very beginning he provided clear, valuable advice on the best approach to achieve a successful outcome. He guided me through every step of the process — from preparing the property and signing the paperwork to open homes and the final sale. Jake is extremely resourceful and highly knowledgeable about current market trends. He answered every question I had, was always punctual, and consistently delivered on his promises. I felt informed and supported throughout the entire journey. I would highly recommend Jake and his services to anyone looking to sell their property.

Jake is an excellent agent through every stage of the process. I've now bought and sold via Jake and his treatment of me as a client on both ends has been a great experience. Jake is exceptionally generous with his time, his responsiveness and genuinely makes the whole process much easier to navigate (whether that's buying or selling a property). My wife and I couldn't be happier we sold our property with Jake. Not only did he achieve the record sale price for a 2bed 1bath townhouse in slacks creek (and 4127 postcode for a period) but his emphasis on helping us as sellers made the whole thing relatively stress free. I don't think you could ask more from an agent. Thank you Jake for your service!

Nicholas stood out because of his market knowledge, we were keptbingormed every step in our journey. A pleasure to deal with

Nicolas is a person you want in your business

Nicolas was very personable, and easy to communicate with - checked-in just the right amount and did so very concisely so there was never any confusion. My partner and I had been on and off house-hunting for about a year and compared to almost all agents, we felt Nicolas was the most effective at selling the whole package - sometimes we would consider a house but because of the agent’s demeanour we weren’t interested in continuing through the process. From inspection, to making an offer and then going to auction, we felt very comfortable. Nicolas was friendly and professional, and presented the house so nicely we made it our first home 😌

We reached out to Cara for the sale of one of our investment properties which was located well outside of Cara's normal selling area, she was only to happy to act on our behalf. Over our years of property transactions both buying and selling, I must say this is our best experience to date, from the initial contact to the sale of the property Cara and her team were the true professionals, with clear communications and advice all the way through was above expectations! The quick sale (at a above expected pricing) was achieved due to her large amount of connections with buyers and buyers agents. The property was sold off market resulting in less costs for us and a smooth process. Thanks again to Cara and her great team Job well done!

Cara has been extremely professional and transparent throughout the whole process. Has made the process seamless for our client on the purchase.

Cara and her team , are very informative. Communication was present the whole time of sale . I would highly recommend Cara Bergmann properties for future reference, was an absolute pleasure.
