Paul and Michael were great. They gave us all the information needed and accommodated us through the process. They communicated effectively and efficiently through the negotiations and delivered an outcome that was favourable to both parties.

Paul's understanding of the current fluctuations in the market reassured me and resulted in my expectations being realistic. Most importantly he did not try to sell the property to me. Several other agents provided appraisals and their almost excited response to my home made me feel as if they were trying to sell me my own property! When making such a considerable purchase decision, I wanted to know I was dealing with an agency that we could trust and felt this was without question the case. I also found Paul and Michael, the key contacts and the vendor’s sales representatives very personable and friendly, which helped me, and my wife feel very comfortable with the negotiations which got us to settlement, problem free.
