Putting our home on the market was not an easy decision to make, the process seemed daunting, confusing, incredibly stressful and emotional. My wife and I have had a rocky road trying to purchase a block for our new home due to a number of delays and issues with prospective vendors. Paul has been nothing short of spectacular to deal with while we wrestled with this very stressful process. He was consistently supporting and helpful and never attempted a hard sell. When we withdrew from the sale at one stage due to excessive delays (out of his or our control) he happily refunded our deposit, and when we came back to the table just a week later he pulled out all the stops to revive our deal.
