Dont think they really care about me. It's my first time to buy a house. The only reason the agent will call me is chasing for payment. I learned all the basic knowledge about buying a house from others, my friends, the Internet, even other agents, but not them. When I signed the contract, they also did not remind me what I should keep in mind. Ok, cant say they are doing bad. But at least, like I said in the beginning, I don't think they really care about me and I did not see the "Skills" or "Knowledge" a lot.

His competition said there model is better because many agents from their agency can sell your home. Our gut feeling was that We didn’t want to deal with many agents, we wanted a focused team to work with to sell our home. The result has been amazing. Never once missed a meeting or commitment. Honest and transparent through the whole process. Constant and clear communication. A very organised team. Most compelling is Paul and his team are very passionate and work very hard.
