I thought Pauls knowledge of the area was very good and the marketing of the property was up to our expectations.I think Paul really put in the hard yards to sell our property and with the currant downturn of the property market did a good job of selling it.

I had never meet Paul before, he was friendly, polite and professional all of which you would hope for, however we lived out of the area and our property was an ex rental in need of a make over. Paul took care of everything, he organised the quote's for us, once they were approved he organised all trades, he kept an eye on and track of all works being done. He acted promptly on everything and kept us well informed through the whole process of the make over and then the sale.
