Paul Ringeri has a good knowledge of current sales trends in Botanic Ridge. Unfortunately our property was launched at a time when the market became flooded with panic sellers after watching horror Real Estate reports on 60 minutes. On some Saturdays there were over 25 open for inspections houses in Botanic Ridge. The property did sell eventually, but the finance fell through, and after wasting 5 weeks off the market I become very disheartened when the property had to be re-advertised. We decided if the property did not sell by Christmas we would pull it off the market until the panic selling was over. Paul advised against this and fortunately we listened to him, as a new contract was signed within the first week of the relaunch. It has been a real whirlwind sale/settlement date on the second contract. I must admit I was having very big doubts if our retirement plans would ever eventuate. This could not be blamed in anyway on the agent, a house is only worth what somebody else is willing to pay. I am extremely pleased the process is almost over, as the entire campaign ended up taking over 5 months. Thank you to the behind the scenes team at Ray White Cranbourne for remaining focused, professional and positive throughout this campaign.
