I initially dealt with Mohammad who was extremely helpful and then after seeing Paul at an open he contacted me re an offer I made on this property via Mohammad. He was great, very helpful and informed. He negotiated with the owner on my behalf over a Sat arvo/evening continuing through to the Sunday, & contacted me on the Sunday late arvo to advise my offer was accepted.
