I would call Paul an all rounder, not only did he help with a longer settlement on our purchase to allow us more time to sell, he also was able to help us with our borrowing strategy and then on top of all that he was able to put us in contact with the right trades to help us prepare our property for sale.

So I'm going to give you a 100% no holds barred as a scottish native as we are hopeless at lying.... So I am both a buy and seller of property unknown perhaps to Paul and well the experience we've had with Paul has been 1st class and professional and I'm sure he got the best possible result as representing the vendor as on this occasion I was the buyer. I'm almost certain Paul treats the buyer and seller with equal respect which is rare these days and what sets Paul apart and if I was a seller I would have no hesitation with signing up with Paul, as we all know sometimes as a buyer you have to become the seller and a lot of agents forget that fact.... hmmm so you have to ask yourself the question "as treatment as a buyer would I employ this agent to sell my own place?". In my case it was a 100% yes.... The experience with Paul has been terrific and it's the communication and prompt responses that set him apart from most agents....
