Paul did alright, however, when it came to price negotiation with the buyer, Paul gave in very easily in persuading me (the seller) to sell it even though we already discussed the selling price. Paul tried his best to talk me into selling it at a lower price. This gave me the perception that Paul preferred to have a quick sale rather than striving hard to achieve a high selling price for me. I have sold a property before and my agent never negotiated a lower selling price. Instead my agent would sell my property with the higher price than expected.
