Paul was very professional in his presentation after conducting an appraisal of mum's property. He was pretty accurate on setting the original selling fee, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances and market conditions the value started to drop dramatically. Despite this, Paul tried his best with various strategies and home opens finally adjusting the sell price downward a few times to meet market conditions in order to make the sale. Well done Paul for trying hard.
