Paul was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of my new home. I bought the house in a competitive environment and had to sign a multiple offer contract. This means that each potential purchaser had to put in a 1 time only “best offer”. - a very fair process. Paul is an ethical and clear communicator, which I really appreciated. I do believe he achieved a great result for the seller as well as providing a selling process which ensured no potential purchaser was unfairly advantaged nor disadvantaged.
