I was a disappointed in the length of time it took to sell the property especially when it didn't sell during the peak summer months period. It was first put on the market in November 16 and didn't sell until well into 2017. Homes with other agents seemed to move quicker. Paul was very sincere and kept me in the loop the whole time. Also his negotiation skills just before sale to get a new rental agreement put in place were much appreciated. Robertsons were an excellent agent to work with whilst for the many years we had the property rented out.

From conception of our subdivision project Paul and his team have been enormously valuable in their advice and sales expertise to help bring the project to a very successful completion. We wouldn't hesitate to seek their advice on any future projects.
