Selling our townhouse in Warrnambool turned out to be a far more challenging process than we originally expected. Given the location, views and overall quality of the property, we initially thought it would sell quickly. However, the three-storey layout and stairs limited the buyer pool considerably, with many potential buyers being downsizers who ultimately wanted something single level. The property was on the market for around 91 days and the campaign included an auction which unfortunately passed in without bidding, followed by a fairly quiet post-auction period.
