We initially contacted a few local agents in the area to sell my fathers home and decided to engage Paul. Right from the start, he was extremely helpful. After he had seen the property, he was prompt with his email responses on the property market and proposal to sell the property. In comparison to other agents, we found him to be very honest in his assessment of the property and was not trying to make us spend extreme amounts on advertising before we even put the house on the market.
