I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Paul and the sale of my elderly mother’s house. It was an especially challenging scenario since I live in the USA and could not be there to help my mother with the process. Paul originally met my mother 7 months prior to the house going on the market. Unlike other agents, Paul did not pressure her to move forward with the sale and patiently waited until she was ready. Paul is very professional and has an exceptional understanding of the real estate market. He is an excellent communicator with effective negotiating skills. The photos he took of the house looked professionally done and the video he made was beyond any expectation we had. An offer was made the first day the house was on the market - unfortunately the deal fell through when the buyers attempted to negotiate a lower price based on miniscule issues noted in the inspection. Paul was quick to update my mother and even made himself available for a long distance call to keep me in the loop. Without delay, Paul reached out to other prospective buyers and had a new offer on the table within a day. From there, the sales transaction went seamlessly.
