Paul is a great all-round agent. He has wonderful communication skills, a great deal of industry knowledge and always acts in the best interests of his clients.

We were a buyer so our review is from that perspective. Paul and his team were professional throughout the process and responded to our requests in a timely fashion. We would certainly use Sheldon Realty if selling a property in the future.

We’re absolutely thrilled with both the service and results achieved by Paul Sheldon the director and principle sales agent of Sheldon Realty and his team. In a flat market with diminishing capital values in the wake of recent APRA (Australian Prudential Regulation Authority) reforms, a banking industry royal commission, government instability, a material downturn of economic indicators such as retail sales, new car and luxury car sales, combined with other factors like negative gearing reforms, diminished consumer confidence, a significant decline in both domestic and international investors. The indirect negative flow on effect of international trade sanctions on our domestic economy, we were under no illusion as to how difficult it may be to sell our investment property quickly, let alone achieve our target price range. In fact, prior research revealed average time on market for our suburb, was in many cases up to 90 days or longer. This was the result! “SOLD”, at the first open inspection! Exceptional result! Also worth noting is Paul successfully negotiated with the buyers convincing them to increase their offer by $20,000 above their first offer. When other agents would give up, Paul persisted, negotiating down to $500 amounts. Impressive! Especially given the economic context above! At my first meeting with Paul and one of his top sales consultants Sean Thorpe, I listened to everything they had to say. I was open and took on board all of their suggestions. I did everything they told me to. Both Paul and Sean can absolutely be trusted. They are people of integrity, humble in nature, easy to deal with, efficient, reliable, dedicated, not over stretched, passionate about real estate, they listen to their clients’ needs, and I can emphatically say, Paul’s entire team performs over and above the call of duty! Paul was absolutely fantastic. The sale of our house couldn't have been in better hands. He provided plenty of information for us and always kept us up to date with what was going on. Living away from Palm Cove made it very difficult for us if we needed anything to be done. Paul stepped up and helped us out which took a load off our minds.
