You can tell Paul has many years of experience across multiple suburbs in Perth. Paul applied a level of precision pricing that gave me confidence we were positioned correctly from day one. His approach was measured, transparent, and always focused on achieving the best possible outcome. He handled every detail, coordinating with tenants, managing enquiries, and maintaining momentum throughout the campaign. Communication was consistent and professional, and I always felt informed. I was hoping to achieve around $1.1 million, so securing $1,150,000, especially in a rising interest-rate environment, was an outstanding result.
