Paul gave us some sound advice on how to present the house for sale and what price was realistic if we wanted to sell in a reasonable time frame. He done a great job marketing the property online and during home opens. He was very open and honest with us throughout the process, working tirelessly to get to the completion of our sale. We got the price we wanted, and sold our house within a month, whereas the other 2 properties for sale on our street are still for sale. If you listen to what he says and follow his advice, you will no doubt get your house sold.
