Had a great experience throughout the purchase of our home. Paul was honest and open all the way through and easy to get along with. Never felt I was being pushed or pressured infact the opposite and it was made clear to me throughout the process and where each step along the way was at. We were lucky enough to have the preferred offer in the end and even after that was accepted Paul was still doing the extra little things that aren’t part of his job in general but are part of his service and that makes the difference. We were referred to Paul for a valuation of our home in November 2021. After meeting with Paul and showing him our home, Paul gave us an indication of price based on other sales in the Suburb. Once we had engaged Paul as our selling agent we worked together to formulate a selling plan by listing the home online, followed by a preview inspection and then home opens on the following weekend. We never got that far, 4 days later after massive interest and multiple offers we had sold our house above what we were expecting. We found Paul Turner extremely friendly , professional , courteous but above all honest.The purchase of our new home was bought on the internet unseen as we were relocating from qld to wa. Not one point during the process of purchase from sending me information about the plan, condition of the house, issues that may /may not arise about the contract , delay issues etc. Paul was very helpful every step of the way and I would recommend his services 100%. When it will be time to sell again in the future we will use Paul next time as it was not half as stressful as we thought it would be.
