Paul recently sold my (very high end) apartment. Whilst the market is booming, I had been warned by everyone that this is a notoriously slow and tricky market to navigate and a sale would likely take a long time due to market conditions eg people’s current desire for land over apartments and a significant supply of brand new high end apartments on the market. Paul achieved a sale at a higher price than expected in a shorter timeframe. To say I’m delighted with the work he did would be an understatement. I think he achieved this because of a number of factors. He is friendly and always available to be of assistance, both to me as the seller but more importantly to potential buyers. On New Year’s Day he dropped everything to show a potential buyer around my property at the last moment. I would never have expected that but I was very grateful. He has a great knowledge of the WA market and can pull together information about potential properties (we have also spoken about potential future investment options) very quickly and give you a clear picture to work from. He’s got experience all over the metro area selling the whole range of homes from huge blocks to townhouses and apartments, new and old builds. He understands the rental market. His advice was always delivered promptly and always on the money. I think his perspective of having sold property in the UK gives him a deeper understanding of property markets, lets him take the best of practices that’s he’s encountered to integrate into his own service, and understand the needs of overseas and Interstate buyers and sellers. Paul is unfailingly friendly, a genuinely decent and honest man and that goes a long way for me (and I think for others) in an industry not generally associated with those qualities. He builds his reputation and business on his character and his work ethic and that’s why I will always come back to him for help with property in future.
