My father has been a Real Estate Agent for some 50 years, so I have been around a lot of agents over the course of my life. One thing I can say with certainty is that Paul loves what he does. He's highly committed to his success as a sales agent and exhibits extraordinary dedication to his craft and loyalty to his clients. Far too often in the real estate industry the sales pitch (to sign you as a client) does not match the performance, however I didn't notice that with Paul. In the interest of full disclosure, my home sold quickly therefore I am unable to reliably rate his negotiating skills, but he managed to increase the first offer from the final purchaser, which became the final offer, so I can't complain. I was hoping for more instant feedback following our one and only open home, and had not factored the amount of calls he has to make on a daily basis with multiple homes on the books, so factor those kinds of delays if you had not already considered them.
