Paul and Tobie were both absolutely fantastic with selling my land. Paul always had many sales strategies to use if one did not work out well and was happy to listen to my suggestions. All my questions and phone calls were always returned within 30mins of contacting either Tobie or Paul. The communication was kept up through our whole process and not once let down. I sought after Paul's expertise after my previous agent failed to sell my property after 6 months of the property being on the market. Paul is great at what he does. He is open and honest and dosent take you for a ride. He is very realistic with you which I found a lot of other agents weren't. He helps keep you in the loop with everything and is amazing to work with.
