After our first meeting, Paul kept in touch with market updates. When it came to selling our investment property, we decided to call Paul and have a chat. Paul was very honest with us, he told us what our best angle was in selling, how much we can expect given the current state of the market, what to do to showcase our property, what to expect during the process and what his role was at each stage of the sale. Once we put the property on the market, he was correct about the market value, with buyers offering about the price he had indicated. Paul managed to generate so much interest in the property that we had quite a few offers, and eventually sold for a price that was more than we were expecting, and after we only had one open day. Paul listened to what we wanted, and ultimately we got a really good price and a quick sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul.

Paul impressed me from the first time I met him. I quickly dropped into a home to look at current prices etc. and mentioned we had found a house and were going to Auction. I wasn't even his client and he had sent me some market data on the new area we were looking to buy in.
