Anytime and everytime I contacted them, if they didn’t answer, they came back to me so quickly, which meant that all those little things you think of and stress about when moving were answered promptly and clearly. Don’t want to move again ( such a chore!) but if we had to, I would be checking to see what Paula has on her books as she made buying a lot easier than it could have been.
