We recently sold a property through Paula at Harcourts. The property sold within four days of going live on realestate.com.au for $80,000 more than what we thought we might get for it. Paula's market knowledge, communication and professionalism was outstanding! We have bought and sold many property's over the years and dealt with numerous realestate agents but we have found Paula has topped the lot. Paula has terrific people skills and makes you feel like she is your best friend. We were traveling in our caravan at the time and Paula organised everything! Pest & Building, new carpet, the electrician for new lighting (she even picked out the lights and new pendant!), painting, mulching, repairs to roof and downpipes. Paula also organised the staging for the property. Whilst doing all this Paul had our best interests at heart and sourced a bargain when she could.
