Prior to her real estate career, Paula was a professional contracts negotiator for a global software company and was responsible for managing one of the company’s largest accounts. Paula’s ability to leverage her negotiation background has provided her with a competitive advantage and significantly contributed to her success as a real estate professional.
Now, with over 15 years’ experience selling real estate in Brisbane, Paula is an award-winning real estate agent having received an REIQ award for excellence. She consistently ranks in the top one per cent of sales agents in Queensland and is a senior member of the Place team. Paula continues to be one of Place’s highest performing agents, achieving many successful sales and building an exceptional network of sellers and buyers in the local market.
Paula recognises the importance of giving back to the community and, as such, she is a proud sponsor of Norman Park State School and the MND and Me Foundation, which supports people suffering from Motor Neurone Disease and their families.
Given Paula’s industry experience and successful sales track record it is not surprising that Paula joined Place Bulimba as a Partner of the business and continues to be excited by the challenges and opportunities that come with this position. The structure of the role is such that Paula’s key responsibility will be to continue to list and sell residential properties. There is already a proven framework in the Place Bulimba leadership model to ensure none of the business operational requirements get in the way of Paula continuing to provide excellent customer service to her clients. Paula’s clients new and existing are her number one priority.
