Paula is an outstanding agent who actually lives up to her incredible reputation. We were genuinely impressed with her professionalism, passion, experience and communication throughout the campaign. We had no prior experience selling at auction so were particularly grateful for her expert leadership and advice. Paula and her fabulous team were a pleasure to work with, made the whole process a lot less stressful and achieved an unbelievable result on the day. We would absolutely recommend Paula.

We were really happy with Paula and Mikaela, and would not hesitate to use them again. They worked really hard, and were clear communicators. We felt they were transparent and fair, and determined. For anyone selling a house in Norman Park, I can't imagine there is a better choice of agent than Paula and Mikaela.

Paula’s knowledge of the area is second to none and provided good advice and guidance. Sold really quickly. Efficient team supporting Paula with administration. Very professional service and I would recommend Paula for selling your property.

Paula and the team did an excellent job with the sale of my property. She was a true professional, as well honest and communicated well throughout the entire process. I will not hesitate to use Paula again for future sales.

We had a great experience working with Paula and the team. Paula was supportive and had great knowledge of the area and the market, we felt confident our sale was in her very capable hands. We were very happy with the end result which was above our expectation. We would highly recommend Paula and the team.

Kind, courteous and follows through what she says. This is the interpretation of a perfect agent! Paula had guided us in a gracious manner being considerate of the fact that I couldn't attend the auction in person. Our dreams have turned into our reality and we are grateful to have had Paula hold our hands through the process, making a very stressful event of buying a house feel effortless.

Paula and her team were incredibly easy to work with, not only experts in the field but friendly and obliging. Considering I was buying from interstate, not too familiar with the neighbourhood, and attending the auction by phone, I had some extra needs and I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Whether it was additional video tour or particular questions answered about the property or auction process Paula was upfront and honest and helped enormously with my successful purchase.

Paula and her team are really professional and in tune with the market. The communication was very good and timely. She is the only agent I have ever used (3 sales to date) and will use in the future. Worked with me to acheive the outcome we wanted where people thought what we were expecting was not achievable. She never gave up and kept working hard and we finally achieved what we wanted. Keep up the good work. Certainly best agent around.

Paula and the team are super efficient and lovely to work with. Paula knows Norman Park market thoroughly. She delivered what she promised. I bought the property through Paula 7 years ago and decided to sell through her as she was very professional to deal with.

Paula and her team were thorough, energetic and committed which resulted in a fantastic auction result. We would recommend Paula

So happy with the sale of our property. We chose Paula for one reason. She delivers

Paula was very open about the market, showed a great understanding recent sales and shared information on other properties coming onto the market so that I could make an informed decision. Paula was also very responsive to my calls and requests for information and was flexible to meet at times that suited me. Overall a great experience.
