Incredibly easy to work with

Paula and her team were incredibly easy to work with, not only experts in the field but friendly and obliging. Considering I was buying from interstate, not too familiar with the neighbourhood, and attending the auction by phone, I had some extra needs and I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Whether it was additional video tour or particular questions answered about the property or auction process Paula was upfront and honest and helped enormously with my successful purchase.
