Pav Cheimardinov

Salesperson Since joining LJ Hooker Kaleen in 2009, Pav has shown a natural flair for real estate sales. His enthusiasm and energy has impressed his clients with many recommending him to friends and colleagues. Pav arrived in Australia with his family in 1993 from Moscow and lived in Kaleen for 14 years. He was educated at Canberra Grammar school and represented both his school and indeed the ACT, in swimming at a national level. Starting out as a Personal Assistant to the Sales Director, Tim Russell, Pav has achieved his Cert 4 in property and is now working as an agent in his own right. While specialising in his own suburban area, Pav is also proving to be a dynamo in Investment property marketing, with many investors regarding him as a wise head on young shoulders. Outside of work, Pav is continuing to improve his golf handicap, he loves fishing and jet skiing down the coast and he just loves watching his beloved Raiders. As he continues to provide great service and excellent results for his ever expanding client list, Pav’s future at LJ Hooker seems assured and his clients will only benefit from that.
