I have dealt with other agents in Sunshine, they couldn't sell my properties for long time and charged heavily on Marketing expenses. After a while i have come across MIG Real estate Footscray, i liked the a way these people do the marketing or promoting properties for sale that too with out any advertising costs (great relief when no extra costs).
