Over the years we have received many, many calls to see if our house was for sale. The answer was always a definite no. Pawan opened a group Whatsapp account. This became the communication channel between us and Belle’s sales team. The communication via Whatsapp was absolutely brilliant. Pawan has some great ideas for property presentation prior to sale and had sound knowledge of the local market. The open home was well planned, well presented and all access requirements dealt with in advance. I received a report after each open home and I'm sure Pawan has gotten the best price for me.
