Provided good advice & got the tradesmen to the property pronto to have the property in a showcase condition ready for inspections. Pearl is an exceptional Real Estate agent that I cannot recommend highly enough. Her knowledge of the market and our target market audience was spot on. In addition, she has an excellent eye and is able to make recommendations in terms of getting the property ready for sale that really capitalise on the final sale price. She was sensitive to the reasons behind our sale and demonstrated high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy, especially in dealing with our teenage son! The end result was a pre auction sale after only two weeks of campaign - a great result! I will certainly use Pearl again if I ever need to sell any property in the future.
