Let me bring this straight and give you some examples on how excellent Pearls is: 1. Pearls always respects my expectations and never attempt to push it down even when the market reaction to my property isn’t that strong due to a neighbor urgently sold his property significantly lower than the market prices. It was a huge effort that Pearls eventually sold my property spot on my expectation! 2. Pearls is always contactable no matter if it’s 9pm at night or in the middle of a weekend, her working ethic is remarkable. 3. The buyer urgently brought the settlement forward and only gave us 2 business days notice. At the same time, the solicitors from both parties are very disorganized but Pearls coordinated and arranged a million things within an extremely short timeframe and successfully completed the settlement as scheduled. 4. The buyer asked for a reduction to replace one appliance. I said to Pearls I’m happy to reduce $1,000 but Pearls really considered from my perspective and eventually made an agreement with the buyer to only reduce $600. You can always believe that Pearls is fully standing on your side rather than just get it done. I strongly recommend engaging Pearls as your sells agent and you won’t regret about your choice.
