The buyer urgently brought the settlement forward and only gave us 2 business days notice. At the same time, the solicitors from both parties are very disorganized but Pearls coordinated and arranged a million things within an extremely short timeframe and successfully completed the settlement as scheduled. 4. The buyer asked for a reduction to replace one appliance. I said to Pearls I’m happy to reduce $1,000 but Pearls really considered from my perspective and eventually made an agreement with the buyer to only reduce $600.
