We are recent arrivals to the Batemans Bay area, just 12 months. In that time, we swayed between buying or building. After much thought we decided to buy. We look at many properties in the area advertised by various real estate agents. Some properties were in our opinion over priced and were discounted. We stopped looking for awhile while we considered building again. However, the stress of a build proved too much and again we looked at buying. Ray White were advertising a lovely home in Long Beach which looked to be the perfect fit for our needs. Peggy showed us through taking time to answer our questions and telling us everything we needed to know. Peggy was not pushy and I found her to be very approachable. She has guided us through the complete process, which was very helpful. I highly recommend Peggy for her professionalism, high energy and knowledge of the industry. Peggy has great communication skills and follow-up. Our place was not an easy place to sell because of steepness of block. We had numerous inspections and it took quite a bit of work to get a sale. Peggy was terrific to deal with. Always kept us informed on what was happening, and showed great drive and initiative. She engenders trust, both with the vendor and the buyer. Would definitely use her again if selling another property.
Hi (Although lengthy please read all as all is true) I have rated Peggy 5 stars for all categories...because that is what I truly believe. I have been in real estate myself previously as a licensed auctioneer / real estate sales for over 10 years...understanding the profession and what is required The most I liked about Peggy was...follow up...and Peggy's level of knowledge of the market My wife and l listed our home with Peggy as she was highly recommended by a family member. From the moment Peggy arrived, she was professional in her dealings...however personal as well. Peggy understood what we were after and was able to meet our demands. However the biggest trigger in all of this...having listed our home before with other agents...what Peggy had was...BELEIF...she believed she could sell our property...which I did not feel came through with all other agents engaged previously. Every inspection there was a follow up call and recap of the inspection Finally when a purchaser was found and secured, working with Peggy was easy and although hiccups (purchaser) did occur, this was handled professionally by Peggy to a eventual successful sale. PURCHASE...my wife and I were looking for a home in a certain area...fitting certain criteria. Peggy managed to source this home and was in contact with my wife in relation to this property Once we viewed this property, I made an offer on the spot and "secured it" by the end of the evening. Highly professional experience with a real estate agent who's complete knowledge of the market and rules / regulations surrounding the sale of our home, we were kept upto date with negotiations and dealings with prospective purchasers which helped settle our nerves and concerns.
