Great agent

Peggy has great communication skills and follow-up. Our place was not an easy place to sell because of steepness of block. We had numerous inspections and it took quite a bit of work to get a sale. Peggy was terrific to deal with. Always kept us informed on what was happening, and showed great drive and initiative. She engenders trust, both with the vendor and the buyer. Would definitely use her again if selling another property.
