Penny was a pleasure to meet from the first time she invited us into a home open by special appointment. Glamorous and a lively personality she was helpful in every way and made the purchasing process a breeze. Thank you very much Penny, it was a pleasure to do business with you!
Myself and my partner were both first home buyers, and working with Penny made the experience much easier. We both found Penny to be very knowledgeable and helpful with any question that we needed answered. Penny was always very easy to contact, and she made our experience of buying our first very comfortable and easy. We would definitely recommend Penny to future buyers and sellers.
Penny recently helped us purchase our dream home. She was always bright and cheery, helpful and worked hard to get us a good deal. Penny was always available if we needed to chat or answer any questions. Was nice to have an honest hardworking real estate agent to help us :)
When we decided it was time to sell our rental property, our biggest concern ( beyond the financial stuff!) was whether we would find an agent we could live with. Our last attempt to sell the property was extremely negative with an agent that was focused on self interest only. We approached it this time with the attitude of being very clear with what we would not tolerate. And then we met Penny. Beyond the fact that she was friendly, enthusiastic and very likeable, she was respectful and really took our feelings and thoughts seriously. We felt heard and, most importantly, we felt that we were able to have open and honest discussion. Penny had strong and realistic knowledge of the current market. No false promises. How refreshing! We were fortunate that we were able to get an offer quickly, and through expert negotiations, Penny was able to get us a price that was fair in the current market. From that point on, the process was effortless, the communication reliable, and the support available. We are grateful to Penny for providing her services in a way that was human - that saw us as real people and not just a commission! Thank you, Penny!!!
We would, without hesitation, recommend Penny ! Extremely knowledgeable about realistic market values and came armed with facts and figures relating to recent sales in the area to back up her claims. Knowledge is power, and Penny did not disappoint. From start to finish, Penny was only a call away and made selling our home a breeze. Thanks again Penny ! First class !
Penny was very professional and efficient in all her dealings with myself regarding the sale of my house. Her communications were frequent and informative. Penny was able to secure the sale of my house within 2 months, in contrast to the previous agent who was unable to sell the house in 6 months. I really felt that my previous agent totally waisted 6 months of my life through his total lack of effort, i would choose Penny again in a heartbeat.
Penny was very knowledgable about the strata title affecting this property, she communicated very well and overall a happy experience.
Service was top rate and very professional. Top agent! A delight to deal with and I recommend you give this lady the first option to sell your home!
Penny`s extensive knowledge of the realestate industry made the process of selling our house so simple. From her bringing the buyer for an inspection, to the negotiations and finally through to a successful sale, she kept us informed every step. We couldn`t have wished for a better process.
Having Penny sell our house has been a really positive experience, although it took some time (not an easy house to sell) Penny never gave up and new we had a buyer out there. She is honest, sincere and very professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
Penny was an absolute delight, helpful, friendly and always there to answer any questions thrown at her. We love our new home and look forward to many new memories. Thank you Penny 😊
