Penny is a angel, before Penny came into our life we had two other agents which each had three months to sell our house. Both agents didn't sell the house, minimum interested and no offers. Penny was originally my first choice to sell the house but things came up and we ended up with the other agents. (No fault of Penny) Penny had the house listed on Tuesday and a offer on paper by Sunday arvo. Is that good or is that good? Penny came well prepared with information for our area and what simular properties had sold for, and gave her thoughts on what sort of price we should list it at. (No I can get you the world, just down to earth what's it was worth in a tough market time) My next house purchase will be with Penny, and if anyone is looking to sell she is the first name that I suggest!

Penny is FABULOUS! My sister in law recommended Penny to us when we decided to sell our property. I used Penny Schouten to sell my home in The Swan Valley and she was outstanding.
