We have lived in our home for 46years and we're very nervous about selling. We found Penny,Daniella & the staff @ at Centuary21 absolutely amazing. They guided us through the process and were so surrportive and above all honest with us at all times. House was put on the market at a promised price which was achievable. Property was on market for over month. There were offers byt very low. Had to review the advertisement then had some genuine offers. Property was sold but had to compromise on the price.

AFTER LIVING IN MY HOME FOR NEARLY 40 YEARS AND RAISING A FAMILY HERE, WITH SO MANY MEMORIES, I KNEW THAT THE TIME WAS COMING TO MOVE INTO A SMALLER PLACE AND START A NEW PHASE IN MY LIFE. I WAS INTRODUCED TO PENNY AND AS SHE SPOKE TO ME AND ASKED ME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HOUSE AND ARRANGEMENTS THAT SHE PLANNED TO SELL THE HOUSE, SHE MADE ME FEEL THAT I COULD HAVE CONFIDENCE IN HER AND HER TEAM. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO HER. I MET HER TEAM WHO WERE ALSO VERY WELL PRESENTED AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT FRIENDLY TOO. THE HOUSE WAS SOLD AFTER SUCH A SHORT TIME AND THERE WERE PLENTY OF PEOPLE SENT TO VIEW IT.
