Penny was very informative when I first met her for an appraisal our home. After accepting Century 21 as our agent the home was on the market with no issues and an open home was started within days. The house sold within a few weeks but the buyer didn't go through with the sale, the house had a new buyer within days so very happy with the outcome. I didn't deal to much with Penny after the sale of the home as another Century 21 agent was my contact.
