We got the price that we discussed before putting property on the market and given that the tennants were leaving the country for holidays, we really had to rush the sale. I feel given more time we possibly could have got more, but we will never really know. Penny kept us informed all the way.

Penny actioned a very quick turn around in removing a troublesome tenant and getting a painter in ASAP once the tenent had vacated. This allowed us to have the house painted where necessary, garden maintenance actioned and an open home within a week of the tenants departure. As we now live interstate this process was made easy by Penny with minimal time between our tenant leaving and the house being sold.

Penny is expert in what she does and did her best to get above our reserve price. The sales process was smooth because of their knowledge and constant reminder of steps we were supposed to follow. Above all she charged us cheaper than the other agents.

We moved into this new home in1958. Age and circumstances caught up with us and we decided to move to a retirement village. Three agents were approached and all gave similar assessments but we chose Century 21 because of their presentation, professionalism and local sale records. Following two "Open houses" we came to realise that our property had its limitations to investors and some groups of potential buyers. However after a couple of personal inspections an acceptable offer was made and whilst it did not quite meet initial expectations it enabled us to continue our relocation plans. We would especially like to record our appreciation of the efforts of Daniela who actually "sold" our house and together with the initial great work by Alistair, brought the sale to a successful conclusion.
