My sister and I are executors of my late fathers estate and we needed a sale of the property to finalise the estate We contacted Century 21 due to noticing for sale signs in the area. My sister had also used Century 21 purchasing her retirement home in Corlette recently with good results. Penny was very efficient in all our dealings. She helped in organising a clean up of the property at short notice as I live in Queensland and my sister lives in the central coast of NSW.

Penny and her team @ Century 21 - MItchell, and Alister - worked on the sale of our home last November. We chose them based on previous experience when we originally bought the house in Seven Hills, and they also seemed to have the best market knowledge of the area when we decided to sell. With the sale of the house we couldn't have asked for better customer service, and we were satisfied with the sale price. We had some problems during the settlement period as well as being busy having a baby at the time, and Penny and her team were right there when we needed them, and went above and beyond what you would expect from a regular real estate agent. Couldn't recommend anyone better.
