Our situation with Pera was unique in the fact we bought the house from him and then in turn engaged Pera to sell the property as well. His dealings with us as potential buyers was always respectful, prompt and very consultative. That was one of the main reasons we decided to list our house with him a couple months later, as we knew he would treat every potential buyer with respect and leave nothing on the table. Most real estate agents these days are very transactional and unresponsive, with little care in building long lasting relationships. Pera definitely does not fall in this category as he always went above and beyond. Cannot recommend him enough.
