I was disappointed that the price range originally provided to me by the real estate was not being met. Prospective buyers offered similar amounts to a "standard" 3 bedroom house which had recently been sold in the same suburb. I also think that if my house would have been promoted as a 4 bedroom house I would have achieved a higher price. However Peta's communication skills were excellent and she kept me updated throughout the process.
