There was quite a bit of extra work that needed to be done, and she organised everything for us, sourcing quotes, coordinating trades and making sure the work was completed. Having someone take care of all of that made a huge difference. Most importantly, she delivered an outstanding result. Other agents had given us significantly lower expectations of what the property was worth, but she ultimately achieved around $30,000 more than what those other agents were proposing. I genuinely feel that her hard work, knowledge, communication and persistence made a huge difference to the outcome. She was professional, honest and incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish. If you're looking for an agent who will genuinely work for you and go the extra mile, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Absolutely fantastic agent and an exceptional result.

Every thing was spot on ,she judged the market to perfection .We had a few dodgy buyers that were a bit harsh and rude at times ,she was very professional with the way she handled them . We were first time sellers ,selling a long term home with so many connections and memories ,she made us feel comfortable with every decision we had to make. If I ever have to sell again I hope she is still around because I’ll be coming back ,she really was amazing
