I couldn’t recommend Peta highly enough. From the very beginning, she was exceptional. Her communication was consistent throughout the entire process, and she was completely transparent about what was happening at every stage. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. Other agents had given us significantly lower expectations of what the property was worth, but she ultimately achieved around $30,000 more than what those other agents were proposing.
