Petals and Janice make a great team. Very friendly, organised and business-minded offering assistance beyond what we've experienced before, eg, assisting with styling. They actually managed to not only get a contract started at our first open, but had it negotiated and counter-signed by 6pm that night.

I had to sell our late mum's home, my brothers asked me to get three agents to quote and get feedback. I rang and spoke to Janice, she came,she looked, she suggested we look at at another property currently for sale one street away as she had given us a figure and she wanted us to see and compare. I thought her valuation was spot on. I rang too other agents who came, saw quoted but both were ridiculous either way over or under, roughly 100k out. We presented the property, sold it in about 6 weeks for the price Janice and Petals told us we would they worked hard, very honest, open up front. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone. They show up on time, respected the house.
