Our home was slow to sell, but Dan & Kristy kept talking to us about strategies. They understood realestate.com, and used it to best effect, changing strategies over time. Dan was particularly effective in explaining how the process worked. He always had time to talk with us, which was reassuring. Kristy was so easy to relate to, and always reassured us that, over time, things would proceed as hoped, and encouraged us to be optimistic. We appreciated both of them. They make a great team. We would recommend them, and have already done so. Ultimately, the price they negotiated was better than we'd been led to expect. We were so grateful.

Really great communication from Kristy throughout the whole process. Even post-sale, she was able to chase a few questions up with the prior owners impressively quickly. Overall a pleasure to deal with the whole team.
