Dan was particularly effective in explaining how the process worked. He always had time to talk with us, which was reassuring. Kristy was so easy to relate to, and always reassured us that, over time, things would proceed as hoped, and encouraged us to be optimistic. We appreciated both of them. They make a great team. We would recommend them, and have already done so. Ultimately, the price they negotiated was better than we'd been led to expect. We were so grateful.
